About occupants
Hi our names are Wendell and Gary. We are 31 and 58 respectively. Wendell is from Brazil, works part time and is studying English and will study nursing after completing his language proficiency courses. Gary is an artist who whose studio is in regional New South Wales. He stays two, three three nights a week when visiting Sydney. We are both interested in issues of social justice and are focused on being fit and living a healthy life. We are busy yet try to find time to cook at home, watch films and TV in the evenings and are courteous to others. Because of our life style and commitments we like to keep our home living simple, clean and organised.
