Amazing CBD location with the apartment entrance off George Street, directly opposite World Square and Light Rail station. 2 mins walk to Town Hall station. Close to transport, shops, cafes, and everything the city has to offer.
Building facilities include a gym, swimming pool, spa, and sauna.
I travel for work a fair bit so the apartment will be empty about 40% of the time.
