Hi there!
The apartment is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Tamarama, only 5 minutes walk to Tamarama beach, and 3 minutes to Bondi Road (with frequent buses to the city) - Perfect location for those wanting to live the eastern suburbs/beach lifestyle
The apartment is quite large, with the kitchen & dining room on one-side of the apartment, and the living room and sunroom/courtyard on the other side - perfect for flatmates, and means you’re not living on top of each other. The house is fully decorated, biggest couch you've ever had the pleasure of lying on, & TV and basically all the mod cons.
The house is nicely decorated, sun filled throughout, with high ceilings, an abundance of plants & nice wooden floors across the whole house. It has a really nice & cozy and relaxed vibe to it!
The bedroom is large enough for a queen bed - there is currently a queen bed in there with a mattress that you can take

Occupants Description
I consider myself clean and appreciate living with people who keep the house tidy and always clean up after themselves. It’s important to me that we’re on the same page in this regard - I usually have a cleaner in once every two weeks
I travel domestically somewhat frequently, and go overseas once or twice a year also, so there will be occasions where you have the apartment to yourself also!
I would much prefer someone who works full time and not from home, who also lives a busy and active lifestyle, similar to mine. My office is located in Bondi, so I often come home for an hour for lunch - but am usually out of the house most of the day and some evenings.
There is not much more space for any additional furniture in the house (except your room) but, it has pretty much everything you need, so good to keep that in mind when considering your move.
