The apartment is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Tamarama, only 5 minutes walk to Tamarama beach, and 3 minutes to Bondi Road (with frequent buses to the city) - Perfect location for those wanting to live the eastern suburbs/beach lifestyle

The apartment is large, with the kitchen & dining room on one-side of the apartment, and the living room and sunroom/courtyard on the other side - perfect for flatmates, and means you’re not living on top of each other. The house is fully decorated, HUGE couch & TV and basically all the mod cons!

The house is nicely decorated, sun filled throughout, with high ceilings, an abundance!! of plants & beautiful wooden floors across the whole house. It has a really nice & cozy and relaxed vibe to it!

The bedroom is large enough for a queen bed (could fit a king)

Hi, I’m Sebastien. 36, originally from the UK, but have been in Australia for over 17 years now. I enjoy socializing with friends, spending time in the ocean, getting into nature, exercising, traveling and gigging. I work in the music industry, and live a busy social life with a mixed range of activities. The apartment is somewhere I use to relax, reset and chill out.

I consider myself very clean and appreciate living with people who keep the house tidy and always clean up after themselves. It’s important to me that we’re on the same page in this regard.

I travel domestically somewhat frequently, and go overseas once or twice a year also, so there will be occasions where you have the apartment to yourself.

There is a private parking space out the back of the house. I have rented out the parking spot in the past but there is enough space for a car and my motorbike.
Compatible people
I am looking for someone who is interested in finding a home, rather than a shared house - someone easy going & friendly. I love the idea of sharing a meal or drink every now and then, and want you to treat the apartment as yours!

I would much prefer someone who works full time and not from home, who also lives a busy and active lifestyle, similar to mine. My office is located in Bondi, so I often come home for an hour for lunch - but am usually out of the house most of the day and a lot of evenings. I'm usually out of the house during the weekend.

There is not much more space for any additional furniture in the house (except your room) but, it has pretty much everything you need, so good to keep that in mind when considering your move.
