Due to my flatmate moving interstate a double room will be becoming available in a 3 bed 2 bath flat in the centre of Wahroonga. Lease is until end of February with the option to extend.

You will be sharing the flat with just me.

The third bedroom is currently used as a spare room.

THE FLAT
The flat is ground floor access and has a covered balcony at the back which faces North, perfect for sitting in the sun!

The living space is huge. It’s a great space for entertaining. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and has a utility room with a washing machine and dryer.

The flat also has its own lockup garage in the underground car park which easily fits a car.

Flat comes fully furnished however there will be a cost of $750 to cover half of the furniture.

THE AREA:
Wahroonga is a gorgeous village on the Upper North Shore. It has all the essential amenities including post office, local grocery shop, multiple cafes, boutiques, eateries, bookshop, flower shop and a 24hr petrol station.

It is an exceptionally safe and affluent area with leafy streets and low crime rates. Wahroonga is great if you like to be in a large city but prefer a more quiet and relaxing life. Nearby are the Berowra Valley and Ku-ring-gai Chase National Parks which are great for hiking. These can also be accessed by public transport.

🛍️ 5 minutes to Hornsby by train with huge Westfield shopping mall including Coles, Aldi, Woolies, Kmart and Target. Can also change to regional train lines which can travel upto Newcastle or inter state.
🚇 20 minutes to Chatswood by train where there is 2 large shopping malls and a Metro station
🥾20 minutes to Berowra by train where there is plenty of hikes and bushwalks!
🏙️ 30 minutes to CBD by Train/Metro - trains every 15 mins and even more frequent during peak hours
