Description of the home
Our home is a lovely 2 bedroom, furnished apartment in Waverley. I am looking to sublet the larger bedroom which has a King size bed, ideally to a couple, while I am out of town.
The apartment is in an ideal location, 10 minute walk to Bronte beach and 5 minute bus to Bondi Junction and train links to the city.
I have a friend who will be in the second room. He is in his late twenties, very outgoing and works Monday to Friday so will not always be in the apartment.
