I am looking to share with someone, a clean, newly renovated and furnished apartment in a leafy area across the road from Waverton village, Waverton park.
The unit itself is less than two minutes walk from Waverton station and the 265 bus stop is just across the road. The kitchen is equipped with modern electric appliances.
The room itself is currently furnished with a queen bed, shelving unit, bedside table, lamp and chair. A modest built-in wardrobe exists and you are welcome to bring additional furniture if preferred. You would have your own use of main bathroom which is adjacent to the room. There is a separate fitted laundry, along with heaps of built-in storage throughout the apartment.
A secure underground garage is currently available which is offered inclusive of the rent.
