Local shops and transport very close. Macquarie uni walking distance through Lane Cove national park. Pool and gym walking distance. Very large garden area. Clean house with tidy occupants but not uncomfortably tidy. Relaxing vibe to house very friendly without imposing. Occasional I’ll offer to take others to the shops with me to go shopping etc. this happens a few time a week. And occasionally we share a meal together. It is a family environment where everyone must feel safe and antisocial behavior will not be tolerated but we have not had any issues to date. We are very multi cultural with Asians and Other cultures welcome.

About the occupants
Female Macquarie University students. Great people. We occasionally share a meal together. I don’t drink but don’t mind if you do. We travel a bit with our business so we may be away for up-to six months so we need trustworthy people and that’s who we currently have in the house.

Female uni students at Macquarie uni would be ideal but not essential.
You will share a bathroom with one other lady so you need to share the cleaning of the bathroom. Clean up after you use the kitchen and occasionally unstack the dishwasher and feel free to enjoy the beautiful outdoor space for reading a book or having a coffee or just chilling out.
