The property is based in Westmead about a 15-20min walk to Westmead station, 5min walk to the 700 bus and a 10min walk to t80 bus stop.
Plenty of outside free parking that is available.
The house itself is a large 3 bedroom 2 bathroom granny flat.
You will only share with one other girl the bathroom but will be sharing the house with a total of 3 people including yourself.
There is a rabbit in the house and a dog that lives on the property but it’s main residence is in the big front house.
The room comes with a queen sized bed and a full equipped kitchen.
