Hi! We have just signed the lease on this super cute terrace house on Queen Street in Woollahra and we’re looking for a 4th housemate to join us

The house has 4 bedrooms, one full bathroom, a second toilet downstairs and an internal laundry. We have everything to furnish the shared areas of the house (besides a fridge so bonus points if you have one you can bring). The room available will be unfurnished.

The room that is available is the smaller room with the balcony on the second level next to the bathroom (see floorplan in the images). The room is on the smaller size - it’s 2.5m x 3m - but it does have a private balcony that overlooks the courtyard. The room would fit a clothes rack or small wardrobe/drawers and there is also room in the hallway for a set of drawers and additional storage in the house for larger items.

The house is in an ideal location at the top of Queen Street - Centennial Park, The Light Brigade and Woollahra Hotel, and bus stops to the City and Bondi Junction/ Bondi Beach are all within 500m of the house. Our street also borders Paddington so it’s super close to all of the pubs, restaurants and shops.

We are ideally looking for another girl in their 20s to move in who wants to stay long term. If you think you’d be a good fit please send us a message and we can organise a time to grab a coffee over the next week 😊
