Please note we are advertising two different bedrooms. Bedroom 3 (this one) and Bedroom 4.
"BED 3" in the pics and floorplan. This large (17.4m2) bedroom is by itself on the top floor of the house. It has sole access/use to a separate storage room/walk in wardrobe (4.5m2) and a storage area (at the landing). This room is currently furnished with a queen bed, two bedside tables, a desk, and a chest of drawers. There are also clothing racks in the walk-in wardrobe/storage room.
Also, for some reason, please keep asking if they can stay longer than 1-month, and the answer is yes, we would prefer a longer-term housemate, but we don't want to immediately discount someone just because they can only be around for a few months.
You will be joining the lease for the whole house as a co-tenant.
Everyone shares the cost of water, electricity, and gas equally. Each housemate includes an additional $25 per week with rent to help cover the cost of bills. Therefore, the total weekly payment (for rent and partial bills) is $390 pp pw.

Welcome to our awesomely located, huge and comfy home! It's a 4 bedroom + 2 toilet terrace house with a dining room, living room and good sized back courtyard. Our home is already fully furnished with everything you’ll need already set-up for you. The dining room is set up to comfortably seat 6. The kitchen has all the normal kitchen stuff plus breakfast table and chairs. Laundry has a washer and dryer.
We are only able to accept 1 person per bedroom.
