Room 1 (the biggest room) is available from the 5th - 27th June. It comes fully furnished with an en-suite, private balcony and sun-room with built in wardrobes. I also have a gym bench and adjustable dumbbells which you are welcome to use during your stay!

The house itself is in a very convenient location, being a 1 minute walk to the water which provides stunning views and high-end restaurants (the local pubs are great to!). You will be a 15-20 minute walk from the opera house through the botanical gardens and also the same distance to the CBD for all your shopping desires. It is a 5 minute walk to Woolies metro and about 10 minutes to Coles supermarket in Kings Cross. The house is very spacious with open kitchen, dining room and living rooms with a decent outdoor space!
