Yagoona

Description of the home

Yagoona is centrally located with bus stop out the front and 5 min walk to Yagoona station. It’s a 10-15 min walk to Bankstown station and the New Sydney metro is about to open. Yagoona shops are also very close by and so is Bankstown Centro Mall , Aldi and other multi dining and shopping complex’s. It’s a spacious unit, you get the use of my new washing machine and fridge of course. My TV is an older smart TV im not a big TV person just a few game shows here and there and movies. If you want Netflix and all that Jazz that is your call. However Im big on sound as I was a vinyl DJ and have all that gear . I am old school but quite funky and connected to that scene. I will re connect wi- fi as soon as someone moves in and you can sort your own TV in your room that's your call. I might get a chrome caster im not overly savy with that stuff because I’m just not into it. There is a PlayStation 4 and I use to use that for the apps but since my son left home Ive not bothered really it’s only been since Feb he went out on his own. I work quite a lot but I would prefer that from my flat mate day shift or afternoon shift would suit. Im pretty cool and get along with most ages. I think over 30 would be better to be honest. But will consider anyone who is interested . I would prefer a female.
