Bright and spacious 2 level apartment (Across lvl 3 & 4) with leafy views over the south end of Joynton Park from a good sized balcony. Brand new carpet throughout as well as recently installed aircon/heating. 2 minute walk to Coles/East Village and 5-7 min walk to Green Square train station. On street parking is free from 4pm till 8am and all weekend or carparks are available to rent. Overall a safe and convenient place to live. :) There is parking under the building but it will cost extra.

Bills and expenses

Electricity and gas split 50/50. I currently use my mobile phone Hot Spot so I don't have an internet connection and it works out cheaper that way. I don't currently have any subscription to any streaming services but that can be discussed.
