The property is 3 bed & 2 bath which means you will have your own bathroom and there is a small yard that I maintain. The front bedroom is currently converted into a small home gym which you are more than welcome to utilise, however I am open to shifting this into the garage if we need to use the room for anything else. The shared living space is furnished with a 4 seater lounge, tv and kitchen stools.
