Hi I’m Liz! I’m 32 and I’m a Speech Pathologist. I have my own business and clinic so I work mainly out of home fulltime weekdays and some Saturdays. I live with a French bulldog who is in the yard when I'm not home and mainly in my area of the house. I live a very active lifestyle so I spend most my time out of the house when I'm not working - at the the gym or out with friends and family. I rarely have guests over or house parties and only use one half of the house. Many weekends I am away in the city.

I am offering half the duplex to allow my housemate/s lots of privacy and space. I'm offering 2 bedrooms so there is the option for housemates to use the second room for more storage/an extra lounge/living area for themselves or to create an office space to work from home.
