Spacious, comfortable, bedroom located in a quiet position in the house with a nice outlook. Bedroom gets a bit but not too much, afternoon sun. Max stay is around year, however this could be flexible.

Description of the home
Located between the train station (1km away) and town (2km away) this large house is an idyllic bush retreat with a huge backyard and pleasant outlook. It is near a park and a bus stop. In the house is myself and my partner, Merryl. We live upstairs. The room for rent is downstairs, along with another rented room and housemate, Gabe. So there is a max of 4 people in the house, not including any short-term guests.

Name is Adrian, I’m 42, recently married. I do most of the coordinating and running of the house. I keep to myself and my partner (Merryl) as we stay upstairs (predominately our domain), rather than downstairs which tends to be for yourself and the other housemate. I like to watch boring, factual YouTube videos, and I’m an ex-maths teacher. I like skateboarding, motorbikes, and playing jazz guitar (Gypsy jazz). I tend to be quite laid back, but if u push me too far you will definitely know about it, in a clear, rational, logical manner.
My partner and upstairs housemate is Merryl, 39, my wife. She is great fun, works from home (her office is downstairs), super adventurous, from India, and loves riding motorbikes.

Description of pets
We have two 1year old kittens, Mewtwo and Bagheera. They tend to mainly hang upstairs, but they will happily be your friend. They are inside cats, so it does mean being responsible and shutting doors so they don’t escape. One is a scaredy cat, other already wants to be your new best friend.
