Ben (35) is a busy working professional who enjoys a good strong cup of coffee, wanders along the beach and spends weekends in Sydney with his partner.
Both Ben and Glenn are super friendly and easy going.
We currently have no pets which is a shame but the lease says not :(
It's not so much about age but consideration, easy to talk with but self contained. It's not a party house. Looking for someone with external interests, cleans up and takes care of the space for themselves, communicates when things require it and able to share the costs of independent living. Not much really.
