About the occupants
Hi I'm Erin (24) from a WA rural background currently residing in Perth periodically for sport and professional purposes. My parents are the landlords and of teaching and farming background and are experienced in hosting tenants and I maybe required to act as their agents. There is currently two Flat mates who are quiet, respectful 25-26 yo males. Both keep to themselves, one a professional engineer working locally and from rural background, the other a geologist working part time locally and part time FIFO who comes from Melbourne. There is parking for 3 small cars in secured parking, but flatmates need to communicate with each other for car movement.

Good communication skills, considerate of the needs of others, responsible, polite and maintaining with good morals. Clean, and communicative and willing to share in space property and chores. Preferably a smoke free and definitely drug free environment. Relatively quiet due to proximity to neighbours.
