I am looking for someone working. My work at moment is p/time to f/time. As I work at a Cafe on Edith cowan university. My work hours fluctuate with terms. & slow down holidays. But usually pick up work at one of our other sites work Mon- fri. From 6am upto 3pm. Usually home in the evenings. & weekends. Bit of a homebody. I have an 8yr old rotty. Who has some medical conditions. But is the biggest sook, you'll ever meet. You've got to love dogs. Because he will want to be your friend. & you won't have a choice. To say he's the boss, is an understatement. Lol. There is a shed. If you need to store any extra things. The 3rd bedroom has my bookcases with knick knacks in there. & some stored things. But if need be. Can be sorted to fit a desk if needed. Can work around. There's a great back verandah & backyard. Not at the best at the moment. As have just been too busy with work & personnel matters. But trying to get back into it. + have to pay for water. So don't go overboard with the gardens.

About the occupants
Hi I'm 56, but don't act like it. I'm a commercial cook. I work for the cafe collective. I've only just started with them in the last 3months. So work casual/ p/time f/ time. At moment, until a venue comes up that I can run full-time. They have venues all over Perth. Tafes, hospitals, universities. Etc. So at moment work between Edith cowan university Mt Lawley. & Perth childrens hospital. Rest of time, I'm usually a homebody. Go out occasionally & catch up with mates. Don't have any family. Have a couple of stepchildren & grandies from previous relationship. But they live in country. So don't see or visit. & if do, usually catch up somewhere kids can play. I'm a smoker. But in process of trying to quit. & am happy to smoke outside. My dog is my life. He's a 8yr old rottty. & a big boy. So gota love dogs. He's very friendly & totally non aggressive. But he is 65kg. Have to meet him.

I believe you mess it you clean it. Housework should be shared. Im pretty anal about my kitchen. Do not like mess left or dirty dishes. Or full bins. Not always going to be perfect as 3rd member is a 64kg rotty. But try my best. Hate sand on the floor. But pretty impossible with dog. His new trick is to go outside, roll around in grass & come back with bits all over him. Shit head! I understand, things sometimes don't get too straightaway. Shit happens. But as long as pulled into line & not left to fester. Pretty easygoing.

Chocko is 8years old now. He is on medication. As was having seizures. From a trauma related incident. They became too much. So had to put him on medication. Which has slowed him down a lot. He sleeps most of the time now. & know I'm not going to have him around for a lot longer. But he is a big sook. He will want to be your friend. He pretty well runs the roost & me. But that's my lot. Had a pretty rough time for about 5years. Only last 2-3years life's settled down. & if it wasn't for him. I came close to not being here. Don't take that wrong. I'm not a downer or anything like that. Just went through a patch where life threw everything at me. Got pretty nasty. But what don't kill you, makes you stronger. & he was my rock. He Is well trained. & you will need to tell him, where your boundaries are. He will listen. You just need to meet him. He's not a fighter, he's a lover & a friend. He's a big boy, though. So don't expect a little dog. Ok
