Hard wood floors in living areas and bedrooms and newly tiled in lounge, laundry, bathroom, and WC. There is a nice park across the street and a good gym facility including swimming pool. I also have a gym weight set and rowing machine set up in the third bedroom. There is also parking available at the house. There is a backyard which has a table and chairs as well as a BBQ for common use.
There are two train stations easy walking distance which can have you to the city in 15-20 minutes as well as Carousel shopping centre about 15 minute walk and an IGA grocery store within about a 5-10 minute walk.

I am looking for a short term roommate to share the expenses until my partner's lease is up at the end of March. Open beyond this point as well as long as you're open to a third person in the house (would mean cheaper bills).
Petrie is almost 2 years old and some kind of dachshund mix also a rescue, he weighs about 12 kilos.
They are both friendly and spend the day outside after their morning walk and sleep in their playpen or my bedroom every night. They spend the majority of their time laying around!
