Sliding doors to the balcony allow the sea breeze/ Freo Dr. to flow through each day.

Hi, Im Penny. I'm 44 and work fulltime (long hours) during the week in an office and as a Craniosacral Therapist, also some time over the weekends. I have returned from living in London for 10+ years, so finding my way in Perth again.
Am currently living with a friend, also returned from living O/S so we have set the house up that I have the front, he has the back and we meet in the middle living and kitchen areas- this way we get our own space, but are happy to bump into each other over the occasional meal/ drink. I'm easy going, love my friends but happy to meet new people and share space. Love live music, dinner parties, eating out, walking the beach with my dog, chilling watching a movie. I'm also trying to be a gardener(ahaha cant' even write it without cracking myself up!)
I haven't come back with much furniture, so there should be plenty of room if you have some, I'm pretty cruisie, so we can work it out/ re-arrange as necessary. I have a background in design, so keen to begin purchasing nice bits and pieces. The front bedroom currently has my work table set up in it.

Description of pets
1x 7year old Akita bear dog. Very loving, welcomes cuddles, great watchdog, so peace of mind if home alone. I look after her, so don't expect others to, she has 2 walks a day and I endevour to take her with me as much as possible. If you have a dog, they are welcome as long as they get along with mine(ideally a male)
