You’ll have your own end of the house with a bedroom, toilet and bathroom.

I’m still finishing off the backyard (putting fake lawn and a few mini golf holes in) but apart from that the house is fully furnished (except your bedroom).

The location is great. A few minutes from shopping centres , gyms, and pubs/ restaurants. 8 mins from the beach and about the same to the freeway. 20 mins from the city.

I’ll be interviewing/ meeting with people throughout April. Don’t have a set date I need someone in so I will just be waiting till I find someone I think I’ll get along with. Give me a message if you’re interested.

I’m pretty chill, like to hang with friends, play footy, golf, watch sport and have a couple drinks on the weekend but I also enjoy some time by myself. I work from home a bit during the week so it would be ideal if you worked full time as well to give me some space during the day.

Pretty standard cleanliness rules, just clean up after yourself and help me around the house and we’ll be fine.
