Fully furnished 3 bedroom apartment in Forrest. It features ducted heating and cooling to all rooms, a large kitchen, 3 toilets (1 in laundry) and 2 bathrooms (you would share the main bathroom with one other). It is on the top floor, so there are a few flights of stairs to get up...but it's great for your fitness! The apartment is furnished, however, there is room for more.
We are a 5 min walk to Manuka, 10 min walk to Kingston and a short drive to the city.
If you do own a car, there are usually a few visitor parks available and ample parking out the front.

About the occupants
We (two professionals in our late 20's) are looking for a new housemate to move into our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom top floor apartment in Forrest.
