1 bedroom available for rent in a beautiful 2 bhk house with nice garden view outside your room.
The room comes with a built in robe, and single bed, you may also get your own furniture. Ample of natural light in the room and the entire house.
You will be sharing the house with a couple aged 30. We both are working professionals, very friendly and easy going and love travelling and meeting new people, We don’t mind having drinks over the weekend and going out and exploring what this beautiful city has to offer with a likeminded flatmate.
This is a beautiful location with very nice views from the living area and bedrooms. There are ample of gardens nearby with just 3-5 mins walk. The garden outside the house is very big with tennis courts and 2 small lakes so you can always go out and relax. Greenacres shopping centre is 1.2 km, northgate shopping centre is 950m and bus stop just 400m away.
There will be no more than total of 3 people in the house including you and the advantage is that it has two bathrooms and toilet with our bedroom having ensuite. There is a good storage in the bathroom and kitchen. The house is equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge, vaccum, washing machine, microwave, ducted air con and heating in all rooms.
We are looking out for someone who is responsible, neat and tidy. We expect you to be equally responsible for keeping the house clean and clean up everything after cooking

Rent is $165 inclusive of all bills.
Rent is payable weekly with 2 weeks in advance and 4 weeks bond.
