Plenty of space to for your own privacy and also plenty of common areas to chill out and mix it up with the rest of the house. 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a 3rd toilet, tiled floors, A/C/heating, there's even some heated floors! 2 balconies and a huge rooftop, great for entertaining and chilling out.

About the occupants
Myself (30) and Sai (25) are chilled units who like a good pub feed, footy (me mainly), keep fit (some more than others) weekend beer, beach and banter. We both study and work full time too. I've travelled heaps and love meeting fellow travellers, Sai is a physio who can fix any injury you have! (well so he claims).

Looking to keep the good family vibes going... we just signed a lease and there's 3 more bedrooms, so we could accommodate a 2nd/3rd friend if you had one too! If you're keen to move in on July 17th (or near that), we can be flexible with rent as well, bonus if you have furniture, but we're also happily furnishing the place too. We love to keep a good friendly vibe in the place, but with 3 stories to live in, you'll get plenty of privacy too.
