Description of the home
3 bedroom 1 bathroom home, one garage and one car port. third bedroom will be spare room/study. Room for rent has a built in robe and is a decent size. Two separate living areas, both separate to the kitchen again. Fully furnished home and space in the garage for storage if needed, happy to store my furniture too. Bedroom for rent will need to be furnished however I do have a spare bed and bedside tables that we can look at using/lending for a while if needed. I have a dog and a cat who sleep inside at night and spend the day outside.
Close to Belconnen and public transport.

I am a professional single female, early 30s. I work full time business hours in the community services industry and will be studying as well next year. I am generally a very social person, often spending time with family and friends. I am a very clean and tidy person. I am pretty laid back and like to have a good laugh over a sneaky wine (or ten ;) ) here and there. I like to get away when I can too but not nearly as often as Id like. You would just be living with me and my fur babies.

Description of pets
I have a male Rottweiler who can be quite territorial however is very friendly and snuggly once he knows you (your home is very well protected!) He will end up looking after you! the cat will stay out of your way until she knows you and will eventually sit near you but never on you. If you have allergies, I would suggest you look elsewhere as the cat tends to set allergies off for friends. Nothing antihistamine cant fix but maybe not nice for every day.
