There's a choice of 2 rooms - one overlooks a pond and paved tropical backyard area and the other overlooks the front garden which is fully private as there are large gum and almond trees etc that prevent anyone from being able to see into the yard or house. It feels like total private seclusion as we are one of the last houses on a road with no through access so very quiet and serene.
