About the occupants
Hi, we are the Carder family (Mark, 48; Belinda, 43; Zoe, 11; Eve, 9) of four with two very active daughters that do a range of sports and music. We are surrounded by a great neighborhood network and attend allot of the local community events. We are a busy family with lots of after school activities that we take the girls to. On the weekends we love to ride our bikes to the beach or into the Fremantle markets but spend allot of the weekend at the girl's teams sports or if there is time, we leave town and go camping at the many national parks. We are both full time professional workers with Mark doing FIFO mining work and Belinda working for local government; we love to eat healthy meals especially Asian (dumplings!) We are busy but try to keep the house clean and tidy and have a cleaner that comes every fortnight. We are very early risers and are up and out the door quite early each day.

We are looking for a friendly and positive person to share their world experiences with our family; we are looking for a traveller working or uni student studying. We are a busy family but love to cook dinner as a family each night and would love an extra person with us. We are not a party house and need someone who considers our young daughters. The available room and kitchen, living area is downstairs and our family rooms are upstairs which allows for privacy in the evening.
