I will be heading to WA for work and need someone honest and reliable to look after the place while i'm not here. You will have the place to yourself until the WA border reopens and even then I will only be back 1 week a month and be out catching up with family and friends.
You will have 1 Large Bedroom with large double and large single built in robes. Large window and high ceiling.
It is a good size 2-bedroom house with very comfortable lounge area and large Kitchen.
House is fully furnished and also includes A/C, ducted heating, dish washer, washing machine, dryer, fridge, microwave, etc.
Also a storage room space available if required.
Large dog friendly yard.
Good street parking and off street parking available.
Alphington station at end of street, easy access to city via train and good bus lines.
Great parks short walking distance – Alphington Park, Darebin parklands.
