About the occupants
I am a 34-year-old professional female currently working in the design industry. I'm generally an introvert and enjoy a calm, peaceful home, and would much rather have some music on than the television blaring (although I am guilty of the occasional Netflix binge).

I spend my weekends and evenings doting on my dog, working on my art and other passion projects, or reading. I also enjoy gardening and generally spending time outdoors. I am relatively active, working out at least once a week and walking the dog most days. I enjoy brunches and good coffee shared with friends, but I am usually home most evenings and prefer to prepare my own meals, though would be happy to share a bottle of wine and split an Uber Eats meal on occasion.

I am a LGBTQ ally and 420 friendly. I am a tolerant, respectful and open-minded person, having lived in many different places around Australia and travelled to many parts of the world. I always try to make a genuine connection with the various people I encounter in life.
Compatible people
This home will suit a mature, responsible and respectful person or couple. I am seeking an easy-going, honest housemate/s who respects me and the dog and the space we all share. You will be expected to keep your own spaces clean, and to tidy up after yourself in the shared spaces. I will supply the shared household goods (cleaning products etc), and you are welcome to make use of the staples in the well-stocked pantry, provided you replace anything that is used up. I ask that you let me know in advance if you’re having guests come over or stay over, and I will provide you with the same courtesy.

The home will suit full time workers (or if not, you can otherwise demonstrate that you can afford the rent), and given proximity to the airport would also suit FIFO workers.
Description of pets
My dog is a medium sized, Kelpie X rescue dog and is approximately 18 months old. As he is still quite young, he can be boisterous at times so experience with and love for dogs is an advantage! He is known to chew when unsupervised, so I generally try to keep those items (remote controls, etc) out of reach. He does shed hair, which I keep under control with the robot vacuum cleaner. Apart from that, he is house trained and very obedient, will go on his bed or outside when instructed, and sits at the door to be let in and out. He is very playful, lovable, affectionate and loyal, and of course very handsome! He stays inside when I’m home and outside during the day, and is walked most days.
