If you're after a wild party house, I don't think this will be the one for you, but I'm more than fine with small get togethers.

There are two rooms available. Both rooms are very spacious, however, the smaller of the two will still comfortably allow a queen sized bed, a bedside table and a chest of drawers.

The main bathroom is very spacious with a seperate shower/bath.

Please note: the housemate moving out will be taking the majority of living furniture and kitchenware so if you have lounge/dining/kitchenware, this would be amazing!

Hi! We are Sharna (44F) and Paul (28M). We occupy the primary bedroom of the townhouse, which is ensuited.

We both work in a large retail distribution centre in Murarrie from 9-5 Monday to Friday. We also do Doordash as a side hustle. When we are not working, we like to fill our time with binge-watching shows or movies, playing video games (mostly Paul), going to the theme parks (we have annual passes for all the parks!), attending Parkrun every Saturday, and socialising with friends.
Compatible people
We would really value someone who wants to make this more than a sharehouse, but a home. We would really like to live with people who would enjoy sharing a meal on occasion, or having a few bevvies on a Friday night whilst we play a card game or watch a movie together. We don't have to be best friends and live in eachtothers pockets, just not weird strangers who happen to share a space. We really like to keep the home drama free. Open and honest communication is important. Someone who will do their part to keep the house clean and tidy. This house is smoke (outside is ok) and drug free (non negotiable). We are also not a party house.

I have stated that dogs could potentially be ok, however the courtyard isn't entirely practical for a dog and the dogs would have to be small dogs.
