Bills and expenses
Bills included - you pay for your food and any extras you want. I have stopped providing a TV as I have found tenants prefer their own set up in that department. I have also not put in an air conditioner as no one has asked for it, the room having two super quiet and efficient fans. The studio being a corner unit with two large windows also gets a great cross breeze.
After 6 months stay if you are intending to stay long term I am happy to discuss an air conditioner or TV .
