Our home is sunny, and perfectly centrally located for anyone who works at the Helensvale mall or Plaza, and the library. It is just a 5 minute walk to the station! We have a lovely garden and outdoor patio area with comfy couch chairs to unwind after a long day. There is a large shared bathroom, and toilet shared with one other.
Our kitchen is open plan and neat and clean.
We have a cat as well, who is friendly and clean.
