My name is Rachael , I am a trainer/assessor, my husband Mark is Canadian and he is a resort real estate specialist, Matilda is our 11-year-old Golden retriever. We have lived all over the world and have recently ( 2023) settled here on the Coast while our son was at Bond Uni. It's just us now in the 4 bedroom home so looking for someone clean and respectful, and if you are willing to care for Mattie if we take a short trip... we can negotiate rent. We are a married couple, but we don't care what your sexual preferences are, however, this home is not suitable for "random" guests :)
