Bright, open-plan 2-bed apartment available for short to medium-length time over winter. Right in the heart of Fitzroy North (with fantastic city skyline views) and a short stroll to Edinburgh Gardens. Beautiful sunsets and afternoon sunshine (when it’s shines!), which is great the winter.

Transport
The 96 tram stops right outside the building and is a 15-minute ride into the city centre. Alternatively, the number 11 tram is a 5-minute walk at the other end of the street, which takes you into the centre of Fitzroy (5-7mins).

Neighbourhood
There are many incredible cafes, pubs and bars stumbling distance from the building, dotted around Fitzroy North village, not to mention the charming Edinburgh Gardens park.
Fitzroy central and Collingwood are only 10 minutes away with vibrant Brunswick Street and Smith street packed with restaurants, shops, cafes and gay bars.

The place
The building is very secure, with elevator access and private basement parking for one vehicle.
