Home Description

Description of the home

🏡 THE PLACE
Spacious 3 story townhouse with large, light-filled living spaces.

The house is furnished with all the main items but the exiting housemate is taking the washing machine, and some of the art and cabinets so there's space for a few furnishings.

The ground floor has a lounge with a couch so big it can probably fit 8 people comfortably, a toilet and laundry, kitchen and large dining room that opens up to a courtyard.

Second floor contains two bedrooms (including the one advertised) with a shared bathroom containing a bath and seperate shower, and a large nook that has a spare double bed set up for guests or can be used for storage.

The 3rd floor is a 3rd bedroom with private bathroom.

We are pretty low-key in the kitchen, so there’s generally heaps of kitchen space which is a perk if you’re someone who’s big into cooking.

📍 LOCATION
Unreal Fitzroy North spot — less than 100m from Edinburgh Gardens and an easy walk to Smith Street, Brunswick Street, and the Fitzroy North and Clifton Hill villages. There is a dedicated off-street car park behind the property, plus free untimed parking out front. The 11 and 86 trams are only a 5-minute walk away too.
