Large studio apartment in Richmond/ South Yarra for the month of May.

The apartment is large, bright with modern appliances and heating/ aircon. The main room has a queen-sized bed and there is also a blowup mattress if needed which can be used in the study.

Conveniently located in southern Richmond, right near the bridge to South Yarra. There’s multiple train stations nearby (East Richmond Station 10 minutes, South Yarra Station 15 minutes) and tram stops that get you into the city in less than 20 minutes.

There are shops, bars and cafes within a few minutes walking distance along Church Street, Chapel Street and Swan Street.

There is street parking available (with permit - which I can give you to leave in your car window).

Bills not included, but usually about $40 per person per week.

2. Confirm you can pay either a deposit (1 weeks rent) or pay rent in advance.
3. The dates you need the apartment for. (I can be flexible with dates)
