Granny Flat. This tranquil retreat has the option of indoor and outdoor dining. Designed to capture the sea breeze; a spacious deck has a day bed; ceiling fans & plantation shutters. The guest house has a full kitchen, a dishwasher & generous sized fridge. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, luxury mattress, wardrobe & under-bed drawers for storage and a ceiling fan. The bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet. This self- contained fully furnished granny flat that has everything you would expect in a short-term rental (linen, crockery, cooking equipment) Your own entrance and parking space. Ideal for a FI-FO and lock and leave. The rental includes all utilities (within reasonable use) Wi-Fi, use of shared courtyard and BBQ. 7 minutes to Coogee beach and cycle coastal paths. Spearwood has multiple supermarkets, Aldi, Farmer Jacks, Woolworths, Spudshed (open 24 Hrs), Stock Rd Markets (open Thurs - Sun). Stargate Seafood sell quality local seafood. The garden has many herbs growing at different times of the year including mint, chives, oregano, sage, parsley, borage, tarragon, rosemary, thyme, fennel and chilli. You are welcome to use them in your cooking. Also mandarins, limes, lemons, grapefruit and oranges at certain times of the year to enjoy. There is a cleaner available every two weeks the cost will be ($60). You will be sharing the property with two other people who live in the main house with a dog. The ideal tenant will be an environmentally conscious non- smoker who knows how to compost, recycle and conserve water and energy. They will be employed, work out of the home and be respectful of peoples property and privacy. George, surveyor & Jane, teacher live in the main house on the property. The granny-flat is a self-contained unit but we share spaces in common. (BBQ and courtyard). We are busy people, travelling, working, socialising. We enjoy cooking and good food and working in the garden, going to the beach. Seeking a community minded person who can sweep the outdoor area when it needs it and remember to put the bins out. The ideal person will enjoy living in a beautiful space and be prepared to contribute to its upkeep.
