Hi there!
I have a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment in Randwick to sublet for $800 per week.
I just need to note that as it is a sublet, I still have items that I have to leave in the unit (ie chests of drawers, some storage containers etc). These will get removed hopefully in the new year.
It is also furnished. Please note that is not the actual furniture - but the apartment is still pretty good and the bathroom is renovated.
The laundry is external with a machine provided. It’s a great location in William Street behind the Service Station. It does not have a car park but there’s plenty of street parking and it is super close to buses and the Light rail.
