Hello
I am looking for someone to co-sign my lease.
Very cute house - fully furnished. Tennant must work full time and have rental references. Located in Blair Athol - 15 mins to CBD.
You have the choice of 2 rooms - one has an inbuilt bookshelf and the other has small robes - the room is unfurnished. (Whichever room is not chosen will be used as an office/spare room/storage.)
Sharing with myself and my pug, I work 2 jobs and am fairly busy in my spare time.
Looking for someone who has shared before, and is respectful of others privacy.
Single person only (no issue for you to have friends/family/partner visitting)
Bills/internet included.
