Housemate Wanted – Campbelltown | Available Around 7th August

We’re looking for a lovely female to join our home in a quiet 2 story townhouse in Campbelltown!

The room is large and unfurnished, so you can make it your own. Rent is $240 per week (bills not included) bond is $1000. We also have plenty of storage space in the garage if you have extra belongings that don’t fit in your room.

About the house:

* Large, unfurnished bedroom
* Spacious shared kitchen with plenty of bench and cupboard space
* Separate upstairs lounge, so everyone has their own space to unwind
* Shared bathroom with just one other person (who isn’t home all the time)

Location:

* Shopping complex directly across the road with Foodland, a chemist, and other everyday essentials
* Great cafés, restaurants and takeaway options all within a 5-minute walk
* Multiple bus stops nearby with direct buses to the Adelaide CBD
* Paradise Interchange is just up the road
* Only 15–20 minutes from the city, making it perfect for work or study
* only one other person upstairs I am downstairs with my own bathroom

A little about us:
You’ll be living with V, who manages a restaurant ( works different shifts and comes and goes at different times), and Sarah, who works in education ( I work a lot and tend to do things in the city after work).

We’re both friendly, quiet, respectful and easy-going. We value our own space but are always happy to stop for a quick chat. We keep the house clean, relaxed and comfortable, and we’re looking for someone who’ll do the same.

This isn’t a party house, so we’re hoping to find someone with a similar lifestyle—ideally someone who is working full-time or studying and is looking for a peaceful place to call home.

The lease runs until August 2027, with the opportunity to renew, so we’d love to find someone looking to stay long term.

Unfortunately, no couples or pets.
