This property is walking distance to the Westfield Marion shopping centre, as well as the Oaklands Park train station. It is also near Flinders University and is an easy 20-30 minute drive into the city. It is also very easy to get into the city via public transport.
There is a comfortable size living room with a huge TV, a kitchen with plenty of storage space, and a lovely backyard. The bathroom will be shared with 1 female, however you will have your own vanity (double vanity). The toilet, bathroom, vanity room are all separate rooms.
