Home Description
Description of the home
Hey friends!
This incredible, double story home is perfect for sharing! Each bedroom is situated in a different corner of the house, with no shared walls to another bedroom, offering a quiet, private environment. You can either retreat to your room or use one of the many common spaces, which includes study/office space, large lounge and sitting room, kitchen, and dining room. With front, back and side yards, there are plenty of ways to enjoy the property outdoors, too, like the undercover alfresco dining area with a large 10-14 seater table, front and back lawns, large back pavement (great for sunning), swimming pool (currently covered and will be up and running again for Summer), and basketball / concrete court area for some sports and recreation. If that's not enough, you are on the doorstep to the most amazing cliff and coastal walks, with direct access across the road. The entrance to reserve is merely one house over, which offers another option for a tranquil walk, picnic or sports with friends on the extensive lawn areas, or morning/night hikes alongside the Field River that runs through it. It's amazing!

My name's Bianca, I mostly get called B, and I'm looking forward to putting an incredibly awesome share-house together. I'm working on some projects in both the city and further down south in Aldinga, so it'll be rare for me to sleep at the house and most of the time I won't be home, which is why I decided to create a new concept for this large, 5 bedroom, two story home.
The house is so spectacular for sharing as it offers amazing personal and private spaces but also has wonderful common areas (and enough of these so that even if everyone is out of their rooms they still don't have to be piled on top of each other.. if they don't want to be ha ha).
I'm quite social and I love to host and entertain. I'm 20+ years in the hospitality industry and it runs through my blood in all areas of life.. so I'm excited to set up a welcoming space that I imagine won't even compare to other share-houses (yep, I'm also quite competitive haha). I'd really love to find the right group of people to be the inaugural tenants of the property who appreciate all that it offers and can make an amazing home for themselves. I'd love to invite potential tenants to come and check out the property at the same time so that I can meet everyone together and try and make the most harmonious choice. I'm considering all ages at this stage and feel like a click of the right people is more important than simply choosing based on age. Of course it's perfectly fine that people keep to themselves, I think it would be lovely to have a group of people that click on some level so that everyone's down-time at home feels welcoming and goooood.
I'm currently working on a fit out for the back pool room/shed to create a separate granny flat and working on getting the grounds even more user-friendly. Once this is done, then this will be the space I'll utilise the most when I'm home.
