This is a tidy, spacious and furnished unit in the quieter end of Mawson Lakes. There is a nice park following the creek which the living room opens out onto, great for jogging or just walking and enjoying the serenity. It's close to Mawson Lakes uni Campus and a short walk to the nearby train station, as well as Woolworth's, Target, a Medical centre and a Hotel.

The house has a dishwasher, air conditioner, TV in the living room with WD set top box, oven, microwave, fridge + freezer, gas stove, etc.. There is a shared bathroom however you would be the only one to use it.
