Description of the home
This is a small apartment, like a really small place. It’s a block from the beach, close enough to take your dinner down to watch the sunset.
There’s a bus stop very close, and Lonsdale station is a 6min drive, the neighbour has assured me that Christie’s station is just as close.
Most people, when you tell them you live at O’Sullivan beach will say ‘oh, I think my grandparents lived there, I remember visiting as a kid’, however the neighbours are friendly, it’s just off the highway and there are regular trains into the city.

The house isn’t ideal for entertaining, however there is a barbecue area in the park across the road, and the beach is very close.
