Hi I have a room that will become available in a few weeks, around Easter (possibly sooner), and potentially 2 rooms will become available (a small and a seperate larger room).

The house is a nice modern house with nice views to the ocean and updated kitchen. It is a nice quiet area and house so it will suit students or people that aren't into partying etc, and the neighbours also keep to themselves......
