Hey
There are 2 rooms available 1 x medium-large with a fan and a large room with air-cond. All bills are included in the rent.
The house is 5 mins from Chermside shopping centre and Aspley hypermarket, fridge, BBQ, washing machine, gas hot water, 100mb NBN connection, two shared bathrooms with two toilets, lots of room for parking, back deck and a big backyard. There is also storage downstairs.
We are very down to earth people, No real airs and graces about us.
4 week's bond and 2 weeks rent in advance are needed.
We are very down to earth couple and easy to get along with and you must be LGBT+ friendly. It's a bit of a boys house
