Upstairs half of a house, close to upper Oxford St, Bulimba. Perfect aspect (facing northeast), river breezes and high ceilings give this house excellent natural light and ventilation, creating a lovely, positive space. 5 - 15 minute walk to cinema, parks, ferry (1.3 km), shops and Woolworths supermarket (800 m). 3 minute walk to library (250 m) and bus stop (300 m) with public transport (bus, ferry, train) fares all 50 cents per trip. 5 x 6 m deck facing northeast, catching the morning and the winter sun as well as the river breezes. Living room and both bedrooms are air-conditioned and the bedrooms also have ceiling fans to augment the natural breezes.
