Very central location on beautiful King Street in the RNA precinct. There is no car parking space so if you have a car, you would need to rent a space in the building if available. That said, the apartment is less then 5 minutes walk to Fortitude Valley Station, Woolworths Metro, Valley Pool, Jubilee and Soko Rooftop Bar. Literally everything you need is within walking distance. Great balcony with city views and the complex has a pool and BBQ area.
