This place is located in such a good spot and really great value for the price point. Public transport is super easy with an express ferry that gets you into the city in about 20mins. Oxford street near by has all you could need. All of this in under a 5 minute walk.

Room is very spacious with views to the city , full height wardrobe, great ensuite. This place is two storeys, which really makes the place feel spacious. Rooms are located on the upper floors. You will get your own secure covered carpark too in the basement.

It would be great to make a friend but not essential. If you have furniture to bring or able to contribute to new furniture this would be a bonus. Shoot me a message with a bit about yourself if you think this could be a good fit.

Please note you will need to sign on to the lease and the rental agency requires this. Lease is up in October but I plan on staying on.
